International Journal of Information Technology Research and Development (IJITRD) invites original, high-quality manuscripts for publication. Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth submission and review process.


1. General Submission Information

  • Manuscripts should be submitted exclusively via email to:

  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Format

  • File Format: Submissions must be in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • Language: All manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
  • Page Layout: Use A4-sized pages with 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • Font: Use Times New Roman, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.

3. Structure of the Manuscript

Manuscripts should be organized in the following order:

  1. Title Page:

    • Title of the manuscript (concise and descriptive).
    • Full names of all authors.
    • Affiliations of all authors (including department, institution, city, and country).
    • Corresponding author details (email address and contact number).
  2. Abstract:

    • A brief summary of the study (150–250 words).
    • Should include the research objective, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.
  3. Keywords:

    • Provide 4–6 keywords relevant to the study.
  4. Introduction:

    • Background and objectives of the research.
    • Significance of the study.
  5. Methodology:

    • Detailed description of methods, tools, and procedures used in the research.
  6. Results and Discussion:

    • Presentation and interpretation of findings.
    • Comparison with existing studies and explanation of implications.
  7. Conclusion:

    • Summary of key findings, limitations, and recommendations for future research.
  8. References:

    • Follow a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, or IEEE). Ensure all references cited in the text are listed at the end.

4. Figures and Tables

  • Include figures and tables in the manuscript where they are referenced.
  • Each figure and table must have a descriptive title and caption.
  • Ensure high-quality resolution for all figures.

5. Review Process

  • Submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure objectivity and quality.
  • Authors may be required to revise and resubmit their manuscripts based on reviewers' feedback.

6. Ethical Standards

  • All submissions must comply with ethical guidelines for research and publication.
  • Plagiarism will not be tolerated; manuscripts will be screened for originality.

7. Post-Acceptance

  • Upon acceptance, authors will be required to complete copyright transfer and provide any additional materials requested by the editorial team.
  • Final proofs will be shared with authors for approval before publication.
