Submission Guidelines

International Journal of Information Technology Research and Development (IJITRD) welcomes original and high-quality manuscripts in the field of information technology. Authors are requested to follow the submission guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.

How to Submit

  • Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively via email to:
    editor.ijitrd@gmail.com
  • Ensure the manuscript adheres to the journal’s formatting requirements (outlined below).
  • Include a cover letter with the submission, specifying the manuscript title, authorship details, and a brief explanation of the study's significance.

Submission Requirements

  1. Originality:

    • Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
    • Plagiarism will not be tolerated, and all submissions will be checked for originality.

  2. Manuscript Format:

    • File Format: MS Word (.doc or .docx).
    • Language: English (clear and concise).
    • Font: Times New Roman, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
    • Structure:
      • Title Page (title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author details).
      • Abstract (150–250 words) and Keywords (4–6 keywords).
      • Main Text (Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion).
      • References (in APA, IEEE, or a consistent citation style).
    • Figures and Tables: Include in the manuscript with clear titles and captions.

  3. Ethics:

    • Authors must adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring proper citations and acknowledgment of sources.
    • Research involving human or animal subjects must comply with ethical standards and include necessary approvals.

Review and Decision Process

  • Submissions undergo a double-blind peer review to ensure fairness and quality.
  • Reviewers provide constructive feedback to authors.
  • Decisions (acceptance, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection) will be communicated within the review timeline.

After Acceptance

  • Authors of accepted manuscripts will be required to:
    • Complete copyright transfer agreements.
    • Pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) of $150 USD before publication.
    • Review and approve final proofs for publication.
